Responsibilities
- Provide first aid and emergency care to employees when needed
- Manage workplace injuries and coordinate further medical treatment
- Maintain health records and employee medical files
- Support health and wellness programs (e.g., vaccinations, health checks)
- Monitor and report health hazards at the workplace
- Conduct health awareness sessions and safety training
- Ensure compliance with occupational health & safety regulations
- Maintain medical supplies and first aid kits
- Support during workplace inspections or audits
- Diploma/Degree in Nursing (Registered Nurse)
- Experience in occupational health setting preferred
- Basic knowledge of health & safety regulations
- First Aid and emergency response
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and record-keeping
- Ability to work independently and handle emergencies
- Trauma Care Certification (ITLS, PHTLS, or equivalent)
