Position: Pharmacist (Omani National)

Job Overview:

Provide safe and professional pharmaceutical care while delivering excellent customer service. Ensure accurate dispensing of medications, compliance with MOH regulations and company SOPs, achievement of sales targets, effective inventory management, and support the smooth operation of the pharmacy.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Deliver safe, accurate, and professional pharmaceutical services by dispensing prescription medicines, recommending appropriate OTC products, and providing effective patient counseling on the proper use of medicines, medical devices, and healthcare products.
  • Achieve assigned sales, customer service, and operational KPIs by supporting sales growth, promoting approved campaigns, loyalty programs, and incentive initiatives, while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Ensure full compliance with MOH regulations, company SOPs, professional standards, and ethical pharmacy practices to maintain patient safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage pharmacy inventory effectively by maintaining stock availability, inventory accuracy, expiry control, merchandising standards, pricing accuracy, and timely reporting of stock shortages, fast-moving, and near-expiry items.
  • Support efficient branch operations by processing cash, insurance, and credit transactions, receiving and arranging products, participating in stock counts, maintaining pharmacy cleanliness and professional appearance, and promptly reporting operational issues, customer complaints, and stock discrepancies.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of branch performance by participating in training programs, operational initiatives, promotional activities, and other business improvement projects while supporting teamwork and organizational objectives.
Qualification &

Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.
  • Valid MOH Pharmacist License or eligibility to obtain MOH licensing.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of community pharmacy experience preferred.
  • Good knowledge of pharmacy retail operations and OTC products.
