1.Accountable for accurate execution of territory sales targets planning and operational, cross functional territory development plan within assigned territory.
2.Able to identify and communicate with relevant customers to ensure external stakeholders' full scientific understanding and differentiation and positioning of our oncology products. These include Key Opinion Leaders and Oncology decision‑making authorities in the cancer institutions and other members of the appropriate Multi‑Disciplinary Team (Nurses, Pharmacists, Pathologists, Oncology Clinical pharmacists etc.) who are influential in the use of our company oncology products to maximize usage and sales in the territory.
3.Full Understanding of Oncology Stakeholders, perspectives , our competitors ,buying process and patient journey per account per indication.
4.Supports the marketing team to execute strategies to drive growth of our market‑leading product and drive recruitments to maximize the business outcomes.
5.Maintains an accurate and up to date picture of the competitive landscape and comeptitive activities within the cancer institutions in their territory.
6.Regular Territory sales analysis using the resources provided such as IMS and spotlight and collaborate with OSAM to plan territory potential picture as a basis for short- and long-term territory sales planning. [with deep level patients' analsysis and competition assessment per account]
7.Maintains an excellent understanding of various processes within the cancer institutions in their territory with the support of OSAM to have full account access- e.g. Multidisciplinary Team approaches, Hospital Treatment Protocols for Cancer, Ethics Committee processes, Pharmacy Policies, Formulary Inclusion process, etc.
8. Look for innovative ways to improve customers and patient experience by aligning with relevant CFTs [Digital/Marketing teams/Access)
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, medicine, or related healthcare field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical business with a
successful track record. - Fluent in spoken & written English
- Strong Presentation & communication skills.
- Oncology experience.
- Oman residency.
- Highly organized with strong planning & time management skills.
- Competitive, result oriented mindset
- High level of learning agility.
- Ability to interact with all levels of customers, including high level key
scientific leaders. - Excellent leadership skills and sound understanding of the roles of other
cross-functional team members.
