Officer- Business Partner

Job description:

• Act as focal point between Site employees and Head Office.
• Responsible for Assigned units.
• Liaise with Site administrators.
• Supervising site administrators.
• Responsible for arranging for back-up staff in case of permanent shortage in the crew.
• Coordinates the performance appraisal for site staff.
• Responsible for obtaining HR related information such as time sheet, daily crew list and company policy from/to the site.
• File and retrieve documents, records, and reports.
• Maintain crew schedules.
• Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
• Perform other tasks that might be assigned from time to time by the management.
• Take over responsibilities in the absence or during leave period of colleagues.
• Responsible for maintaining confidentiality of related HR issues.
• Responsible for maintaining good working relation and discipline among team members.
• Assist and train colleagues.
• Promptly responding to all reports of unsafe conditions, unsafe activities, and accidents and near misses, which are received from subordinates and other persons.
• Encouraging personal HSE awareness among subordinates.
• Perform any additional work as maybe directed by the management.
• Manage and monitor annual leave plan and provide monthly report.
• Issue all kind of letters for employee.
• Attend meeting with operation.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or any related fields.
• 0-2 years of experience.
