We are looking for a passionate and driven Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Muscat, Oman and support us in attracting exceptional talent who embody the spirit, craftsmanship and excellence of the House.

Your MissionTo support our recruitment activities across our international operations. you will play an important role in identifying and attracting talented individuals, supporting the recruitment process.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury and strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and an eye for spotting exceptional talent for our growing team at the House of Amouage. This is an exciting opportunity to put your hands-on experience in recruitment while working within a dynamic and growing global luxury environment.

The House of AMOUAGE, has been on an aggressive growth trajectory within the fast-growing ultra luxury perfumes segment, unlocking tremendous personal and career development opportunities for our team members across multiple locations including Muscat, Dubai, New York, Seoul and Kuala Lumpur. We foresee the incumbent of this role to grow in this opportunity together with AMOUAGE.
Your Expertise- 1-2 years' experience in Recruitment or HR
- Fashion, luxury, or retail experience is a plus
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Proactive, curious, and people-focused
- Familiarity with Linked In and recruitment tools
- Fluent in English;
Arabic is plus - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
