A leading Multi-National Business are currently looking for an experience HR Manager to manage their HR Department out of Muscat - Oman.

This role will report into the Country Manager and have a team of 5 HR professionals. The position will work closely with Regional Managers and departments to align HR policies and procedures across the Middle East.

• Change Management

• Trade Union relationships
• Employee Relations
• Manpower planning
• Training & Development

This position is open to Omani Nationals ONLY.

• HR Generalist background
• Minimum 8 years in HR
• Strategic and Operational background
• Candidates must be willing to be hands on
• HR Business Partner experience would be beneficial

Salary: 3,000 - 3,500 OR
