Zoomlion is looking for a qualified HR Specialist to join its team in Oman. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and Omani Labour Law.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage recruitment, CV screening, and interview scheduling.
- Monitor employee attendance and monthly KPI submissions.
- Forecast hiring needs and ensure smooth recruitment processes.
- Manage onboarding, training, and employee relations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Prepare HR documents, including offer letters, warning letters, and termination letters.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Omani Labour Law.
- Manage employee targets, reports, and HR activities.
- Minimum 3 years of HR or recruitment experience, including experience in Oman.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Omani Labour Law and HR operations.
- Experience with HR software, ERP, and SAP.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Omani nationals only.
- Maximum age: 35 years.
