Server, Systems Administrator

Overview

Application System Administrator – Oman, Muscat. 5 years of experience required. Bachelors degree. Salary: negotiable.

• Manage time & attendance software and TA devices.
• Support FILNET/CMS server and provisioning of services for internal applications and management solutions.
• Apply application development needs based on organizational demands.
• Communicate with IT facilities services on behalf of application server upkeep and development tasks.
• Coordinate with each Line of Business (LoB) on shared applications and common business objectives and efficiency improvements.
• Take responsibility for time management coverage, risk monitoring, problem monitoring, quality assurance, and change management.
• Act as a technical expert for CMS/FILNET applications and share knowledge as suitable.
• Support other application staff and off-site resources for application-related tasks.
• Produce regular reports (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) as agreed with the Applications Task Manager/IT Supervisor/PMO.
• Provide FILNET/CMS assistance to users; coordinate with AMC vendors and distributors for support.
• Establish customized solutions (SharePoint, Web, Power Apps) based on customer requirements.
• Produce lists & libraries based on end-user needs and resolve individual issues with CMS; troubleshoot performance problems.
• Take audit logs and usage information based on monitoring requirements.
• Provide training to users on FILNET/CMS.
• Organize process assimilation, management and administration.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in application/system administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Understanding of ISO/IES 27001 information security management systems.
• Good communication, collaboration, and discussion skills.
• Job cycle workflow knowledge.
