We are looking for a highly skilled SQL Developer to support large-scale enterprise analytics and reporting platforms. The role involves developing and optimizing complex SQL queries, building analytical data models, supporting BI dashboards, and working closely with business, BI, and data engineering teams to deliver reliable, high-performance data solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who understands telecom‑scale data, high-volume transactional systems, and executive reporting needs.

• Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries, views, and stored procedures for analytics and reporting.
• Handle large, high-volume datasets with a focus on performance tuning and scalability.
• Optimize query execution plans, indexes, and partition strategies.

• Support dimensional and analytical data models (facts, dimensions, aggregations).
• Work with historical, daily, and near‑real‑time data.
• Ensure data consistency across reporting layers.

• Provide backend SQL support for BI tools (Power BI / Tableau / similar).
• Build optimized datasets and views for executive, operational, and functional dashboards.
• Support incremental refresh and time‑based data slicing.

• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and root‑cause analysis for data issues.
• Implement checks for data completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.

• Work closely with business analysts, BI developers, and data engineers

• Translate business requirements into efficient SQL solutions.
• Support UAT, production releases, and post‑deployment monitoring.

• Advanced SQL (expert‑level querying and optimization)
• Strong experience with enterprise RDBMS / MPP databases (e.g., Postgre
  
  SQL / Greenplum / SQL Server / Oracle / similar)
• Hands‑on experience with:
• Joins, CTEs, window functions
• Performance tuning & indexing
• Handling large datasets (millions/billions of rows)
• Experience supporting analytics and reporting platforms
• Strong understanding of date/time logic, KPIs, and aggregations

• Experience in telecom, utilities, or large enterprise domains
• Exposure to cloud data platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP)
• Knowledge of ETL / ELT pipelines
• Experience working with BI tools (Power BI preferred)
• Familiarity with Agile / Sprint‑based delivery

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset
• Ability to work in client‑facing, high‑expectation environments
• Clear communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
