T24 Functional Manager

Job Purpose:

The T24 Functional Manager serves as the functional subject matter expert for the Temenos Transact core banking system. He/She translates business requirements into functional configurations and product setups to ensure accurate and compliant system implementation.

The T24 Functional Manager ensures effective functional delivery, regulatory alignment, and business continuity across core banking operations.

Key Accountabilities:

• Analyzes and documents detailed business requirements for core banking products and processes.
• Configures and parameterizes T24 modules, including Customer, Accounts, Deposits, Lending, Limits, DMT, Fees, and Charges.
• Designs product structures, conditions, pricing, and lifecycle rules within the T24 system.
• Prepares functional specifications for technical development, integrations, and DES.
• Supports system integration testing, user acceptance testing, go-live, and post-production activities.
• Investigates functional issues and performs root-cause analysis in coordination with technical teams.
• Supports system upgrades, patches, and regulatory-driven enhancements.
• Ensures compliance of functional configurations with regulatory, audit, and internal control requirements.
• Maintains functional documentation, standard operating procedures, and user guides.

Provides functional support and guidance to business users and project teams.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Professional Temenos Functional Certification is an advantage.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience working with Temenos Transact (T24) in functional roles.
• Proven experience in core banking implementation, upgrade, or production support projects.
• Exposure to regulatory-driven and audit-controlled banking environments.
