Job Purpose
Provide 24/7 system availability to the bank application and services, Support bank users by maintaining the infrastructure system and services on effective manner.
Responsibilities Users Access Control of all Applications- User creation
- User profile access
- User password control
- User re-activation, deactivation and setoff
- Verify and apply bank’s access metrics policy
- Tapes BKP transfer to ODP, COM and Barka branch based on request
- Monthly offsite BKP tapes verification (Barka Branch)
- Backup Monitoring and follow-up with concern team in case of failures
- Application Server System Usage
- Host Connectivity (iMAL and IRIS)
- Oman net Link Status
- Master Card Link Status
- SMS Alert
- SAB Files upload Status
- ATM & CCDM Status
- Speech log recording
- Server Room
- Replication status between PROD & DR & reports servers
- Initiate End of Day (EOD) Process daily.
- Ensure all users are balanced (Active Transaction Report)
- Reporting pending transactions to relevant users and their managers
- Check EOD Process failure report (Exception Report)
- Send EOD Process status notification email to the team
- Helpdesk Customizer
- Helpdesk Modules Management and user requirements
- Managing application Users
- Customer Care
- Branches Qmatic system
- ISIGNAGE system for Rate sheet and display screens
- Helpdesk system
- Statement
- EDRMS document scanning system
- Mentoring and Troubleshooting
- Upgrade and changes based on user requests or business requirements
- Vendor communication and follow up
- Branches Visit & Support
- Processing Customer statement.
- Support in fixing IT devices issues & application
- Training program for fresh graduate coming through training department
- New Photo upload to Plasma screens in the branches
- ON call for any emergency or process failure
- Applications and ATM/CDM patch management
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in computer science
- Minimum of 1 year experience or fresh graduate
- IT basic knowledge in network , Help desk , Database , application and communication skills.
