This role will support the day-to-day execution, monitoring, and optimization of paid media campaigns acrossplatforms. With increasing campaign volume and complexity, the Performance Marketing Executive is required to ensure timely execution, performancetracking, reporting, and testing — enabling the team to move faster, improve efficiency, and continuously enhance campaign results.

The role is highly operational and performance-driven, focusing on implementing campaigns, analyzing data, and driving measurable outcomes aligned with business and brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities Campaign Execution & Management
  • Support the implementation and deployment of paid media campaigns across platforms such asMeta, Google, You Tube, Display, and other digital channels.
  • Coordinatecampaign setup including targeting, budgets, ad formats, and placements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely launch of campaigns in line with marketing plans.
Monitoring & Optimization
  • Monitor campaign performance daily to ensure delivery and efficiency.
  • Optimizecampaigns based on performance data (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversions, etc.).
  • Assist in A/Btesting of creatives, targeting, and formats.
  • Flagunderperforming campaigns and suggest improvement actions.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Maintaindashboards and performance trackersli>
  • Prepare regularcampaign reports and insights for management review.
  • Supportattribution, funnel tracking, and ROI measurement.
Data & Insights
  • Analyze audience behavior and performance trends.
  • Identify growth opportunities across channels.
  • Support continuous learning and benchmarking initiatives.
  • Work closely with Content, Creative, and Marketing teams to align messaging and performance objectives.
  • Coordinateapprovals, timelines, and campaign deliverables.
  • Supportalignment with brand, product, and business priorities.
Requirements Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’sdegree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, Data/Analytics, or related field.
  • 2–3 years’experience in digital or performance marketing (agency or in-house).
  • Experience working with paid media platforms and analytics tools
Technical
  • Familiarity withplatforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Tik Tok Ads, Linked In Ads,etc.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Experience with Google Analytics or similar tracking platforms.
  • Understanding ofconversion funnels and performance metrics.
Additional Information
  • Certification in Google Ads / Meta Ads is an advantage.
  • Experience inreal estate, e-commerce, lifestyle, or service-based industries is preferred.
