The Strategy Lead bridges business and technology perspectives, working closely with stakeholders to identify high-impact use cases, define strategic

technological developments and works with vendors to develop POC’s to preparer later adoption and scale.
Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, AI, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in AI strategy, digital transformation, or enterprise architecture.
- Strong strategic thinking and planning capabilities.
- Proven ability to engage and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of both business and technology perspectives in AI.
- Experience in use case development, policy alignment, and risk governance.

stakeholders through structured programs. This role supports cultural transformation in collaboration with Change magement and HR to organizing
training, awareness sessions, and communication strategies that promote understanding and engagement with AI tools and workflows.
The role ensures that AI enablement efforts are aligned with business goals and tracked through adoption metrics. It serves as a bridge between
technical teams and business units, helping to demystify AI and embed it into daily operations and decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement AI enablement programs across the organization.
- Facilitate cultural transformation toward an AI-first mindset.
- Together with HR and Change Management organize and deliver training sessions, workshops, and awareness campaigns.
- Track adoption metrics and report on progress and impact.
- Engage stakeholders to understand their needs and tailor enablement strategies.
