We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Presales Engineer with over 2 years of expertise in Zoho Business Applications
.The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving pre-sales activities,providing technical expertise, and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs. This role requires a deep understanding of Zoho’s suite of products,excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and proposeeffective Zoho-based solutions.
- Conductproduct demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities ofZoho Business Applications (e.g., Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho Projects, etc.).
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, proof of concepts (POCs), and solutiondesigns tailored to client needs.
- Technical Expertise:
- Actas a subject matter expert on Zoho Business Applications, providinginsights into best practices, integrations, and customization options.
- Assistin configuring and customizing Zoho applications to align with clientworkflows and business processes.
- Stayupdated on the latest Zoho product updates, features, and industry trends.
- Client Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their business challenges and offering innovative solutions.
- Addresstechnical queries and concerns during the sales cycle to ensure a smooth transition to implementation.
- Work closely with the implementation and support teams to ensure proposedsolutions are feasible and align with client expectations.
- Provide feedback to the product and development teams based on client requirements and market trends.
- Documentation:
- Createand maintain technical documentation, including solution architectures,process flows, and use cases.
- Developcase studies and success stories to highlight the value of Zohosolutions.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Presales Engineer, Solution Architect,or similar role, with a focus on Zoho Business Applications.
- Technical
Skills: - Proficiency in Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications (e.g., Zoho Books, Zoho Desk,Zoho Projects, Zoho Analytics).
- Strong understanding of business processes and workflows across industries.
- Knowledge of integration tools and APIs for connecting Zoho applications withthird-party systems.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Abilityto work independently and as part of a team.
- Certifications: Zoho certifications (e.g., Zoho CRM Certified, Zoho Creator Certified) area plus.
Preferred
Skills:
- Experience in customizing Zoho applications using Deluge scripting.
- Knowledge of competing CRM and business automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot,Microsoft Dynamics).
- Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and SaaS platforms.
