Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Business Development:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT sector.
  • Generate leads, build relationships, and close sales deals.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Engage with clients to understand their business needs and offer tailored IT solutions.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Deliver product presentations and demonstrations.
  • Market Analysis & Strategy:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and business opportunities.
  • Keep up with emerging technologies and industry advancements.
  • Provide insights to internal teams to enhance service offerings.
  • Proposal & Contract Management:
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to secure deals.
  • Work closely with technical and marketing teams to deliver client solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance.
Requirements Qualification &

Skills:
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience:

    3+ years of experience in IT sales, preferably in cybersecurity, AI, managed services, and digital transformation.
  • Technical Knowledge:
    Familiarity with IT solutions, cloud computing, digital transformation strategies, AI-driven services, cybersecurity protocols, and collaboration tools.
Preferred

Certifications:
  • Sales certifications in IT solutions (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud)
  • Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH)
  • AI and Digital Transformation certifications
