Key Responsibilities:- Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT sector.
- Generate leads, build relationships, and close sales deals.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Engage with clients to understand their business needs and offer tailored IT solutions.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations.
- Market Analysis & Strategy:
- Conduct market research to identify trends and business opportunities.
- Keep up with emerging technologies and industry advancements.
- Provide insights to internal teams to enhance service offerings.
- Proposal & Contract Management:
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to secure deals.
- Work closely with technical and marketing teams to deliver client solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance.
Skills:
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field. - Experience:
3+ years of experience in IT sales, preferably in cybersecurity, AI, managed services, and digital transformation. - Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with IT solutions, cloud computing, digital transformation strategies, AI-driven services, cybersecurity protocols, and collaboration tools.
Certifications:
- Sales certifications in IT solutions (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud)
- Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH)
- AI and Digital Transformation certifications
