Job Title: AI & Governance Lead
Job Type: Permanent
Location: Oman
Experience: 7+ years
Required Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in AI, Data Ethics, Law, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in AI governance, ethics, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of global AI risk frameworks and regulations (NIST AI RMF, PDPL, EU AI Act).
- Experience in risk assessment, policy design, and stakeholder coordination.
- Familiarity with audit processes and compliance reporting.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in governance, compliance, or responsible AI roles.
