Key Responsibilities
- End-User Support: Troubleshooting Windows 11, M365 Apps, and VIP meeting room systems.
- Backup & DR: Daily monitoring of Veeam Backups and ensuring 99% success rates.
- System Admin: Manage M365 (Exchange, Teams, One Drive) and basic ERP (Business Central) support.
- Asset Management: Track hardware lifecycle (Laptops, Surface devices, IP Phones).
- Modern Workplace: Microsoft 365 Administration.
- Backup: Veeam Backup & Replication.
- Hardware: Troubleshooting Surface devices, CCTV, and Access Control systems.
- Soft Skills: Clear communication for "VIP" user support and incident ticket management.
Minimum Qualifications for HR Screening
- Education: Degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.
- Experience: 3+ years for Specialist.
