Junior UX / Product Designer (Contract)

The client is a forward-thinking organization focused on delivering impactful digital products and services. They are involved in large-scale initiatives aimed at improving user experiences and driving innovation across their sector. The team values collaboration, user-centered design, and building solutions that are both practical and scalable.

• Collaborate with Product Owners to understand user needs, pain points, and service journeys
• Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes in Figma that are clear, logical, and user-focused
• Support workshops and collaborative sessions using tools like Fig Jam or Miro
• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are practical, feasible, and aligned with implementation
• Communicate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• 1 to 3 years of experience in UX or Product Design
• Strong fundamentals in Figma for creating user interfaces
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite for visual assets
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken
• Ability to think in systems and design complete user flows, not just static screens
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Awareness of regional (Oman or wider MEA) cultural context
