Overview
I need a skilled freelancer to integrate Zoho CRM with Zoho Books and Zoho People. The goal is to enhance real-time notifications and improve overall workflow.
Responsibilities- Sync customer data, invoices, and financial records between Zoho CRM and Zoho Books.
- Align employee data, attendance, and HR workflows by integrating Zoho CRM with Zoho People.
- Set up automated task assignments and status updates based on CRM activities.
- Configure notifications and updates for real-time team awareness.
- Implement necessary automations, workflows, and custom functions for efficiency.
- Proven experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and Zoho People integrations.
- Strong automation and workflow management skills.
- Excellent communication skills for training and documentation.
