Program Overview
The SAP Young Professionals Program is a free initiative delivered by the Digital Skills Center of SAP. The 2‑month training gives recent graduates the certifications and soft skills needed to begin a career as an SAP Associate Consultant. After training, SAP works closely with graduates to introduce them to opportunities with SAP customers and partners.
Role ResponsibilitiesAs an SAP Consultant, you will work on both functional and technical aspects of S/4 HANA projects. Your responsibilities include:
- Blueprinting, design, implementation, operation, optimization, and upgrade phases.
- Providing business process and functional expertise.
- Guiding clients to ensure their SAP investment drives business efficiency.
- Maintaining high customer satisfaction and building referenceable relationships through investigation, analysis, consulting, coaching, knowledge transfer, and relationship‑building.
- Start your journey to become an SAP Consultant.
- Gain globally recognized associate‑level SAP Certifications.
- Learn directly from SAP experts.
- Experience classroom and workshop‑based training in SAP Technologies.
- Develop soft skills for successful job applications.
- Gain introductions to job opportunities within the SAP Ecosystem.
- Currently unemployed or in a part‑time/non‑permanent role unrelated to career aspirations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or AI.
- Preferably graduated within the last 3 years with a top‑quartile GPA (proof may be requested).
- Strong interest in an SAP‑related career that involves travel.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken.
- Full‑time availability 9 am–6 pm, Sunday–Thursday for the entire training period.
- Training will be conducted online in a virtual live classroom; reliable internet required.
