Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, providing timely solutions to ensure minimal downtime for users.
- Set up and configure new devices, ensuring they are integrated seamlessly into the existing network.
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance checks to preemptively address potential issues.
- Assist in the implementation of IT projects, contributing technical expertise to ensure successful execution.
- Minimum of an Associate's degree in Information Technology or a related field, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified:
Azure Fundamentals. - 1-3 years of hands‑on experience in a technical support role within a corporate environment.
- Familiarity with operating systems including Windows, macOS, and Linux for comprehensive support.
