Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, and Wi‑Fi infrastructure.
- Configure and support routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity and infrastructure‑related issues.
- Perform routine network maintenance and system upgrades.
- Ensure network security and adherence to organizational policies.
- Support end users with network and connectivity issues.
- Maintain documentation for network configurations and incidents.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal technical teams when required.
- Monitor network performance and ensure high system availability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in network support or infrastructure support roles.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.
- Hands‑on experience with network hardware and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with firewalls and network security practices.
- Certifications such as CCNA or CEH will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast‑paced environment.
