We are looking for an experienced PC Technician & Custom PC Builder to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of computer hardware, PC assembly, component compatibility, cable management, troubleshooting, and current technology trends. The candidate must be passionate about PCs and capable of building high-quality custom gaming and workstation systems.
Responsibilities- Assemble and configure custom desktop PCs.
- Ensure compatibility between CPUs, motherboards, GPUs, RAM, storage devices, power supplies, and cooling solutions.
- Perform professional cable management and system organization.
- Install and configure Windows, drivers, BIOS updates, and required software.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Test system stability, temperatures, and overall performance before delivery.
- Advise customers on suitable PC components based on their needs and budget.
- Stay updated with the latest hardware releases, technologies, and industry trends.
- Maintain inventory and assist in identifying required computer components and accessories.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in PC building, computer hardware, or technical support.
- Strong knowledge of major brands including ASUS, MSI, Gigabyte, ASRock, Intel, AMD, NVIDIA, Corsair, Kingston, Samsung, WD, Crucial, Cooler Master, Lian Li, and other leading manufacturers.
- Excellent understanding of hardware compatibility and system configuration.
- Experience with cable management and professional PC assembly standards.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues.
- Knowledge of Windows installation, BIOS configuration, and driver management.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience building gaming PCs and workstations.
- Knowledge of liquid cooling and advanced PC customization.
- Familiarity with networking and basic server hardware is an advantage.
