This is a full-time, on-site role based in Muscat for a Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Analyst. The GIS Analyst will be responsible for conducting GIS analyses, managing geographic data, and creating visual representations such as maps using GIS applications. The role will also involve analytical tasks related to geographic and spatial data, ensuring accurate data management and integration into organizational workflows.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and GIS Applications
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating spatial data and problem-solving
- Experience in Data Management related to geographic information
- Knowledge of GIS Analysis techniques for spatial data visualization and interpretation
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Bachelor's degree in Geography, Geospatial Sciences, or a related field
- Experience in the use of GIS software (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS) is highly desirable
