Lead Technology Coach – Multi Domain Advanced Banking Sector

We are seeking Lead Technology Coaches with deep enterprise‑scale expertise across multiple advanced technology domains to deliver outcome‑driven hands‑on training for a leading bank in the Middle East. The role focuses on building production‑ready capability, strengthening governance, and enabling secure, scalable and maintainable technology operations across the bank’s mission‑critical platforms.

• Assyst 11.2 – Application Development, Customisation, IFS Global Control‑M Administration
• Open Shift – Cloud Native Application Deployment
• MoveIT Transfer MFT Administration
• RabbitMQ Administration
• UiPath RPA – Advanced Automation

• Advanced Curriculum Delivery
  • Deliver structured, hands‑on, enterprise‑grade training aligned to banking priorities.
  • Build deep capability in architecture, automation, integrations, performance tuning and troubleshooting.
  • Train advanced workflow orchestration, exception handling and complex routing approval patterns.
  • Enable scalable customisation and deployment practices that reduce operational risk.
• Enterprise Architecture & Engineering Coaching
  • Design and explain scalable, resilient and secure architectures across the assigned technology domain.
  • Coach integration patterns, APIs, connector frameworks and cross‑platform interoperability.
  • Guide performance optimisation, data integrity and configuration governance.
• Troubleshooting & Diagnostics
  • Lead complex troubleshooting including logs, dumps, cluster diagnostics and root‑cause analysis.
  • Train structured RCA methods and conflict‑resolution techniques for configuration and performance issues.
• Governance, Security & Compliance
  • Enforce enterprise‑grade security, compliance and operational standards.
  • Guide teams on deployment conventions, review checklists, runbooks and DR strategies.
  • Ensure all customisations and configurations remain maintainable, auditable and production‑ready.
• Coaching Leadership
  • Mentor regular coaches and ensure consistent delivery quality.
  • Conduct calibration sessions, content reviews and capability assessments.
  • Publish readiness insights and recommend reinforcement actions for critical competencies.

• Total Experience – 12‑18 years in IT engineering or enterprise technology roles.
• Relevant Experience – 7‑10 years of deep hands‑on experience in one or more of the key technology domains.
• Experience must include design, governance, troubleshooting and enterprise‑scale operations.

Applicants must be based in Oman or willing to deliver coaching assignments in Oman. The role requires on‑site coaching engagement with senior banking professionals and a willingness to quote an hourly/daily rate.

You are a senior technologist with 12‑18 years of experience in the banking sector, with a passion for teaching, coaching and capability building. You combine deep technical mastery with the ability to simplify complexity, guide teams, and uplift enterprise operational maturity.
