You will assist employees with application installations, resolving network issues, and provide support via email and chat. A relevant Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of experience in a technical support role is required.
Candidates should have a good understanding of computer systems, remote desktop applications, and possess strong problem-solving and communication skills.
