Key Responsibilities
- Real time testing experience / projects delivered in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Onpremise) application.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and localization testing for Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM platforms and integrated systems.
- Conduct API testing using Postman or equivalent tools.
- Validate integrations with external systems via REST APIs (with/without middleware) (Postman).
- Execute data migration testing using CRM utilities.
- Design, create, and execute manual test cases covering positive and negative scenarios.
- Develop and maintain test plans aligned with project requirements and goals.
- Collaborate with all project stakeholders & Agile teams including developers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders.
- Track, log, and manage defects using JIRA tool.
- Uphold QA best practices and ensure compliance with process standards.
- Share detailed test design, test execution including defect reports and dashboards with stakeholders.
- Perform database testing with good exposure to data validation techniques.
