Responsibilities
- Oracle CC&B system configuration and administration
- PL/SQL and complex SQL query writing
- BI Publisher reporting
- Batch job scheduling and monitoring
- Database management and optimization
- Integration with Oracle products and third-party systems
- Deep knowledge of CC&B modules including Billing, Payments, Credit & Collections, Case Management, Adjustments, Field Activities, and User Access
- Advanced understanding of the V-model architecture (Person, Account, Service Agreement, Premise, Service Point)
- Proficiency in batch processing, algorithms, database queries, and PL/SQL
- BI Publisher Report design and creation
- Web services integration and SMS configuration
