The Graduate Development Program is designed for ambitious and high-performing graduates seeking to build a career in professional services. Successful candidates will work alongside experienced professionals, participate in structured training programs, and contribute to client engagements across various industries. • Educational Background:
  Bachelor’s or master’s degree holders graduating by September 2026

Accounting

• Tax:
  Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law
• Advisory:
  Accounting, Finance, Banking & Finance, Economics, Law Computer Science, Cybersecurity/Information Security, Artificial Intelligence, Management Information System, Information Systems/Technology, Data Science, Data Analytics Engineering in all its derivatives Insurance, Risk Management, Public Policy, Project Management
• Academic Requirements:
  Minimum GPA: 3.3/4.0 or equivalent
• Experience:
  
  Fresh graduates with no prior experience
• Language
  
  Skills:
  
  Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
• Additional Requirements:
  
  Strong intercultural awareness. Successful completion of all online assessments and interview. Passing both virtual and in-person assessment centers.
