TECEZE is seeking a reliable IT Support Specialist (Backfill or Freelancer) to provide on-site technical assistance when full-time engineers are unavailable or dispatched. You will handle desktop/laptop issues, IMAC activities, printer setups, AV support, and VIP end-user care while aligning with SLA commitments.
