Summary
The IPA Solution Architect designs and delivers scalable RPA solutions that enhance business efficiency. Working with stakeholders, the role involves analyzing processes, architecting automation frameworks, and ensuring smooth integration of UiPath technologies across systems.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath.
- Collaborate with business analysts to understand automation needs.
- Integrate RPA workflows with existing enterprise systems and APIs.
- Define best practices, standards, and documentation for RPA development.
- Provide technical guidance to developers and ensure solution quality.
- Monitor performance, resolve issues, and optimize automation processes.
- Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in RPA architecture and development.
- Strong knowledge of UiPath, .NET/C#, and automation frameworks.
- Familiarity with AI/ML integration and process optimization techniques.
- UiPath Advanced Developer or Solution Architect Certification preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical ability.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and scalability.
- Able to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams.
