Senior Odoo Functional Consultant — Muscat, Oman | Full-Time

, we believe great ERP implementations start with great people. As an official Odoo Silver Partner serving clients across Oman, we’re growing our team and looking for a senior Odoo Functional Consultant with 5+ years of experience to help us deliver impactful business solutions.
You’ll be the driving force behind successful Odoo implementations — from discovery and configuration to training and go-live. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into seamless Odoo workflows.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead full-cycle Odoo implementation projects across multiple industries
- Facilitate requirement-gathering workshops and conduct business process analysis
- Configure and implement Odoo modules:
Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, HR, and more - Produce functional documentation, test plans, and training materials
- Conduct end-user training sessions and manage change adoption
- Provide post-go-live hypercare and continuous improvement support
- Serve as the main functional point of contact for clients throughout the project
- 5+ years of hands‑on Odoo functional implementation experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of Odoo's core business modules
- Full professional fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Odoo certification is highly desirable
