Lance Soft Middle East is seeking an IT Helpdesk Support to provide first-line technical assistance in Muscat, Oman. The role requires strong knowledge of MS environments, system center, and good communication in Arabic and English.
Permanent position with opportunities to grow within IT operations. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in CS or IT and has 3–5 years of relevant experience, plus ITIL Foundation and A+ are desirable.
