Job Details:
Role:
Gov Tech Strategy Lead/ National Digital Program Design and Activation Lead
Employment Type:
1 year & extendable contract (Outsourced)
Work Location:
Muscat, Oman
Notice Period:
Immediate joiners to a maximum of 15-30 days of notice
Required Experience:
- Must have 8-10+ years of Digital strategy / IT strategy domain
- Should have worked in Gov Tech Stack, IT Strategic Planning, IT Project and Program Planning and Management, Change Management
- Formulation and Implementation of Target Operating Model for large Organisations and Government Sector Departments.
- More focused on how to drive national digital strategies
- National Digital Strategies
- Complex stakeholder management, Presentation
- Any relevant certifications and management consulting domain, would be highly preferrred
- Native-arabic speaking skills is required.
