• Define and manage the overall program roadmap, ensuring all underlying projects directly align with corporate strategic goals and OKRs.
• Establish a benefits realization framework to measure, track, and prove the business value (ROI) delivered by the program during and after execution.
• Transition program outputs into steady-state business operations, ensuring high adoption rates and minimal disruption.

• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 10–15 years of progressive experience in IT delivery, with at least 5+ years specifically functioning as a Program Manager overseeing multi-million-dollar enterprise transformations (e.g., OSS/BSS consolidations, enterprise data migrations, corporate synergy programs).
• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or Business. (Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred).
• Business Acumen:
  Exceptional understanding of enterprise architecture, corporate finance, and business process re-engineering.

• Program Management:
  PgMP (Program Management Professional) or MSP (Managing Successful Programmes) certification is highly preferred.
• Project Management:
  Active PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 certification is required as a baseline.
• Agile at Scale: SAFe Agilist (SA), SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE), or equivalent enterprise Agile certification is crucial for hybrid transformation environments.
