Lance Soft Middle East is seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead multi-year enterprise initiatives on site in Muscat. You will define roadmaps, align projects with corporate OKRs, and drive benefits realization across the program.
The role requires a deep background in IT delivery, at least 10–15 years, and 5+ years as a Program Manager overseeing large transformations. Bachelor’s degree required;
Master’s preferred; PMI/Prince2 and SAFe certifications are highly valued.
