Progress Soft Corporation is seeking a dual-role Project Manager / Business Analyst in Muscat. You will plan and govern IT projects while also eliciting and validating business requirements.
You’ll write specs, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure quality delivery from ideation to post-production. The role requires 5–10 years in IT PM/BA, excellent English communication, and familiarity with banking/payment systems.
