Information Technology Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst with a strong background in financial systems and a proven track record of delivering implementation projects. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that financial platforms are implemented, integrated, and optimized.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for financial system implementation projects.
• Partner with stakeholders to define scope, success criteria, and process improvements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams.
• Support end-to-end implementation lifecycle: requirements, design, testing, UAT, training, and go-live.
• Perform gap analysis, data mapping, and integration validation for financial applications.
• Facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and status reporting to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, QA, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, with a focus on financial systems.
• Strong experience in implementation projects (full lifecycle: discovery through post-go-live support).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile/Scrum, or similar).
• Hands-on experience with analysis tools such as SQL, JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, and data visualization tools
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
