Norconsult Telematics in Muscat is seeking a senior Fibre Network Planner to own end-to-end fibre network planning for a long-distance project. You will plan routes, topology, capacity, splicing, ODF connectivity, and create implementation-ready records.
The role requires 8+ years in fibre planning, GIS and inventory experience, and fluency in Arabic and English. You will coordinate with field teams, vendors and operations to ensure accurate records and strategic network growth.
