Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Cards Migration PMO professional to support a major cards migration and transformation programme within a leading banking and financial services organisation in Oman.
Location: Oman
Contract: 12 months, extendable
Experience: 8+ years
Key Responsibilities:- Support end to end cards migration programme planning and execution
- Manage PMO governance, programme plans, RAID logs, dependencies and actions
- Coordinate across business, IT, vendors, testing and operations teams
- Track data migration, testing, reconciliation, cutoff and go live activities
- Prepare programme status reports, dashboards and management presentations
- Support cutover readiness, go/no go activities and post go live stabilization
- 8+ years of experience in cards, payments, banking or financial services
- Strong PMO / programme management experience
- Experience supporting large scale cards migration or transformation programmes
- Good understanding of card management systems and issuer processing
- Experience with migration, testing, reconciliation and cutover activities
- Strong stakeholder management, coordination and reporting skills
