We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead a major card portfolio and platform conversion program within the banking sector.
Key responsibilities:- Establish and manage the program governance and delivery framework.
- Build and maintain the overall migration plan, including timelines, dependencies and critical milestones.
- Coordinate teams across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Marketing and external vendors.
- Oversee card production, personalization, digital issuance and processor integration.
- Manage the customer migration journey while minimizing service disruption.
- Track delivery progress, risks, issues and key decisions.
- Prepare regular project updates and executive-level reports.
- Monitor post-migration activation, usage and portfolio performance.
- Support portfolio improvement and operational cost-saving initiatives.
- 10+ years of experience in cards/payments program delivery.
- Proven experience managing card-scheme or platform migrations.
- Strong knowledge of issuing, authorization, clearing and settlement, and card management systems.
- Excellent PMO, stakeholder, vendor and risk-management skills.
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional banking projects.
- PMP or similar project-management certification is preferred.
