This full-time, on-site Oracle Hyperion Techno-Functional Consultant role is based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Hyperion applications, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting solutions. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and translating business requirements into functional and technical designs, developing and maintaining Hyperion models, performing system configurations, and ensuring data integrity across financial systems.

The role involves collaborating with finance and business stakeholders, troubleshooting application issues, optimizing system performance, and supporting upgrades, patches, and integrations with other ERP and reporting tools. The consultant will also contribute to best practices, documentation, and user training to enhance adoption and effective use of Hyperion across the organization.

• Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data, optimize models, and solve complex system and process issues.
• Clear and professional communication skills to collaborate with finance teams, business stakeholders, and technical colleagues.
• Solid understanding of business processes, particularly around financial planning, budgeting, consolidation, and reporting.
• Consulting skills to lead requirements workshops, recommend solutions, and guide stakeholders through implementation and change.
• Finance knowledge, including accounting principles and corporate performance management, to align Hyperion solutions with business needs.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Hyperion applications (e.g., Planning, Essbase, Financial Management) and related tools.
• Background in ERP and financial systems integration; experience with Oracle ERP or other major platforms is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications are preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi Emirate, manage multiple priorities, and deliver within tight timelines.
