Position OverviewWe are seeking a high-caliber Productivity Engineer / Construction Management Professional with expertise in project controls and digital workflow implementation.
In this role, you will act as the critical bridge between project site execution, client PMO leadership, and our internal product teams. You will drive digital transformation on active construction/industrial sites by deploying technology solutions, optimizing workflows, overcoming adoption resistance, and ensuring projects are executed faster, safer, and more efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Client Onboarding & Adoption: Serve as the primary on-site technical consultant. Guide client stakeholders through product onboarding, build strong relationships, and overcome end-user resistance to digital tools.
- Process Optimization & Strategy: Analyze existing site workflows, identify operational bottlenecks, and design tailored implementation strategies to standardize and integrate digital workflows across EPC projects.
- On-Site Implementation & Deployment: Assist in software configuration, user training, and deployment tailored to specific client and project needs across site operations, PMO, and head offices.
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as a central point of contact between site engineers, client project managers, and internal data/product teams to resolve technical issues and maintain data infrastructure.
- Feedback & Product Continuous Improvement: Capture field user feedback, track feature requests/bugs, and collaborate with software engineering teams to drive ongoing platform enhancements.
- Project Controls Alignment: Utilize project planning tools and visualization software to align site progress, data infrastructure, and schedule targets with business objectives.
- Education: Master’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Structural Engineering, or equivalent technical field.
- Experience: 3 to 8 years of hands-on professional experience in industrial, energy, oil & gas, or major infrastructure/EPC projects.
- Field Knowledge: Proven understanding of site-level construction processes, engineering procurement construction (EPC) life cycles, and project controls principles.
- Technical
Skills: - Proficiency in Project Management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
- Familiarity with 3D design and visualization tools (e.g., Navisworks, BIM).
- Strong skills in MS Office Suite, PowerPoint, and process mapping (Visio).
- Languages: Full professional proficiency in English (spoken and written). Arabic is an added advantage.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, stakeholder management, and change management skills with the ability to influence field teams and executive stakeholders alike.
