Business & Technology Consultant

The Business & Technology Consultant will be responsible for the following:

• Lead engagements with clients and senior stakeholders to understand their strategic objectives, operational challenges and technology requirements.
• Assess business processes, operating models, organizational capabilities, systems and technology environments.
• Lead interviews, workshops, research and analysis to identify performance gaps, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Develop strategies, business cases, transformation roadmaps and recommendations tailored to each client’s requirements.
• Advise clients on business transformation, digital strategy, process improvement, technology adoption and organizational change.
• Evaluate business and technology options based on strategic alignment, operational feasibility, cost, value and risk.
• Present findings, recommendations and strategic options to executive management and other key stakeholders.
• Support clients in making informed decisions and converting strategic recommendations into practical implementation plans.

• Translate complex business requirements into clear solution concepts, technology strategies and implementation roadmaps.
• Lead the design of technology-enabled solutions that improve operational performance, customer experience and organizational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure proposed solutions are practical, scalable and aligned with client objectives.
• Evaluate technology platforms, applications, integration requirements and automation opportunities.
• Guide clients through system selection, solution design, implementation planning and organizational readiness.
• Oversee solution testing, user-acceptance testing, implementation and post-implementation reviews when required.
• Ensure that proposed solutions consider business, operational, technical, security and change-management requirements.
• Monitor emerging technologies and assess their potential application and value for AMAN and its clients.
• Lead and oversee consulting projects and strategic work streams from initiation through completion.
• Define project objectives, scope, approach, deliverables, governance, timelines, resource requirements and success measures.
• Ensure consulting engagements are delivered within the agreed scope, budget, timeline and quality standards.
• Monitor project performance, risks, issues, dependencies and changes, and take appropriate corrective action.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate project outcomes, client value and expected benefits.
• Prepare and present project plans, progress reports, management updates and executive-level presentations.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure effective collaboration across business and technical functions.
• Maintain accountability for the quality, consistency and professional standard of project deliverables.

• Lead, guide and mentor consultants and project team members.
• Promote a collaborative, accountable and high-performance working environment.
• Allocate responsibilities based on project requirements, team capabilities and delivery priorities.
• Review team outputs and provide constructive feedback to maintain quality standards.
• Support the professional development of team members through coaching, knowledge sharing and practical guidance.
• Identify capability gaps and recommend appropriate training, development or resource support.
• Promote innovation, continuous improvement and professional excellence within the consulting team.
