We are looking for a highly experienced Enterprise Data Architecture & Platform Lead for an enterprise-wide data transformation initiative with a leading Middle Eastern bank. This is a hands‑on senior SME role , covering strategy, architecture, implementation, and adoption.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead enterprise data architecture and target‑state architecture
- Define data architecture principles, patterns, standards, and technical designs
- Lead enterprise and domain‑level banking data modelling
- Drive data discovery, profiling, metadata, lineage, mapping, and data quality
- Define ETL/ELT, CDC, API, batch, streaming, and event‑driven integration patterns
- Define enterprise data platform capabilities across ingestion, storage, processing, governance, security, and consumption
- Support reporting, analytics, self‑service, advanced analytics, and AI requirements
- Provide technical direction to data architects, engineers, and analysts

- Enterprise data modernization/transformation experience from architecture through implementation
- Strong enterprise data modelling, data engineering, and modern data platform experience
- Experience working with senior business and technology stakeholders in regulated environments
