Country Sales Manager

We're looking for someone who is trusted across Oman's cybersecurity market, from the C-suite and CISOs down to IT managers and technical teams, and who knows how to turn partner and vendor relationships into real business.

Cyber Knight is looking for a Country Manager to lead and scale our business in Oman.

• Customers
  - Build trusted relationships at every level of the customer: executives, CISOs, IT leadership and technical teams, across government, enterprise, and critical sectors
• Partners
  - Recruit, enable and grow our reseller and SI ecosystem, turning partners into a consistent, predictable pipeline
• Vendors
  - Be the go-to person for our vendors in Oman: joint business plans, account mapping, deal registration, and growth targets
• The business
  - Own the country P&L, forecast and growth plan, and work with our regional pre-sales, marketing, and leadership teams

• 8-12 years in IT/cybersecurity sales in Oman, with 3+ years leading a team or a territory
• A strong network across Omani government and enterprise accounts, from decision-makers to technical influencers
• Proven experience driving revenue through channel partners (distribution/VAD background is a big plus)
• Credibility with security vendors and an understanding of how they measure success
  - Based in Oman;
  Arabic is an advantage
