Oracle IAM Engineer

Elfonze Technologies is looking for an experienced Oracle IAM professional to implement and manage identity and access solutions for a key client in Muscat, Oman.
What you'll do:- Configure and implement Oracle IAM (OIG, OAM, OUD) including SSO, MFA and RBAC
- Build custom OIG connectors, OAM plugins, SOA workflows and access policies
- Handle upgrades, patching, OHS reverse proxy rules and IAM tuning
- Provide L1/L2 support and troubleshoot access-related incidents
- Align implementations with Oman regulations, GDPR and ISO 27001
- Lead client workshops, training and documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field
- Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle IAM 12c or above
- Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML and LDAP
- Proficiency in Java (servlets, JSP), SOA composite development and scripting
- Experience with OAM Webgates, Access Gate for EBS SSO, and OIG connectors for LDAP and EBS
- Understanding of Web Logic clustering, Node Manager and Enterprise Manager
- IAM/cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISM, Security+ etc.) are a plus
- Prior consulting or client-facing experience
