Purchase Executive ​/ Purchase In Charge

Job Summary

Responsible for managing purchasing activities within the hospitality operation, including vendor sourcing, purchase orders, contracts, inventory coordination, and vendor communication.

• Source and evaluate vendors based on business requirements.
• Manage purchase processes, quotations, contracts, and vendor negotiations.
• Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) accurately.
• Coordinate with vendors regarding orders, deliveries, and requirements.
• Monitor inventory and conduct stock/spot checks.
• Maintain purchasing records and documentation.
• Ensure timely procurement while supporting cost and quality objectives.

• Minimum 3 years' experience in the same position within hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of vendor sourcing, contracts, purchasing processes, and inventory.
• Minimum 2 year experience within the Gulf region in purchase (Hospitality) Industry
• Expert in system handling and PO creation.
• Must be able to drive a vehicle and hold a valid driving license
• Strong vendor communication skills.
• Prior Oman experience is an advantage.
