• Job Purpose-
• Ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality procurement of food, beverages, packaging, cleaning materials, operating supplies, and services required for smooth F&B operations.

• Maintain approved supplier lists, price agreements, product specifications, and supplier evaluations.

• Process purchase requests, obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, issue LPOs, and track deliveries.
• Ensure purchases match approved specifications, quality standards, budgets, and operational needs.

• Work with operations, chefs, cost control, and stores to monitor prices, quality, wastage, and availability.

• Coordinate with storekeeper on stock levels, reorder points, expiry dates, slow-moving items, and emergency needs.
• Prevent stock-outs for critical menu items while avoiding overstocking.

• Resolve delivery shortages, returns, credit notes, and quality complaints with suppliers.

• Bachelor degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Business, Hospitality, or related field.
