The role

Are you passionate about logistics, transportation planning and ensuring products are available where and when customers need them? We are looking for a Logistics Lead to join our Supply Chain team in Muscat. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient end-to-end logistics planning and execution, covering transportation from suppliers to our Main Distribution Centre and from the DC to depots across Oman.

Working closely with Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Sales, suppliers, customs authorities and 3PL partners, you will help ensure products are delivered on time, inventory is efficiently replenished and stock availability is maintained to support customer and business requirements.

How You Will Make An Impact

As Logistics Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day logistics operations while supporting service levels, inventory accuracy and operational efficiency across the network.

  • Plan and coordinate 1st-mile and 2nd-mile transportation activities to ensure timely product movement, depot replenishment and strong OTIF performance.
  • Manage inventory across the Main DC and depot network, ensuring stock availability, inventory accuracy and efficient replenishment.
  • Work closely with 3PL partners to monitor service performance, delivery accuracy, vehicle utilisation and agreed logistics KPIs.
  • Coordinate promotional logistics requirements, customs clearance activities, re-export operations and logistics claims to support smooth product flow.
  • Utilise SAP S/4

HANA, Power BI and Excel to monitor logistics performance, maintain reporting and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost optimisation.
What Will Make You Successful

You will have at least 5+ years’ experience in logistics, transportation, distribution or supply chain operations, ideally within FMCG, dairy, food & beverage or a similar fast-moving environment. You are comfortable managing transportation activities, inventory replenishment and working closely with third-party logistics providers to ensure service and operational targets are achieved.

You hold a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field and bring strong analytical and planning capabilities.

Experience with SAP S/4

HANA, Power BI and advanced Excel reporting will help you succeed in the role, alongside knowledge of customs clearance, import/export processes and logistics cost control.

To be successful, you will be a strong collaborator who enjoys working across multiple stakeholders, solving operational challenges and ensuring actions are followed through to completion.

What do we offer?

This is an opportunity to join a collaborative Supply Chain team within a global dairy company where logistics plays a critical role in supporting customer service and business performance.
